Get A Free Business Email With Your Domain Name From Zoho Mail (Full Guide)

free business email

Speaking of professionalism, acquiring a business email with your domain name can help you out on this note. What a business email looks like is this admin@yourblog.com for example the address I created for my blog, Bloggingcrib.com is admin@bloggingcrib.com. It is not necessary that you must use the admin before the @ I only used that because that is what I wanted.

Before now, google apps had been the major way of creating a free business email for your blog but due to their cancellation of the free signup, we bloggers had to sort for an alternative. Zoho mail happened to be the perfect alternative. Their free plan is better and gives you what you need to get from any email app. The below listed features is what you will get from the free account.

1. 5GB mail storage for each account you associate with your domain name. Their standard plan comes `with a 10GB and 15GB mail box option. This size is large enough and you can manage it by deleting unnecessary junk and already read mails.

2. The ability to add 25 other users with the same domain name. That is, apart from the main email you will create (Ex: admin@yourblog.com), you can also add 25 other email but will still be associated with that same domain name. For example, apart from the admin@yourblog.com, you can create other emails like support@yourblog.com, affiliate@yourblog.com, press@yourblog.com and so on until you beat the 25 users licensed to you.

You can upgrade to any of their paid plans if you want to add users greater than 25 but for a blogger, I think the free 25 is more than enough.

3. With Zoho mail, you can add 1 domain name.

That being said, let’s see how to create your own free business email.

N/B: to get a business email from Zoho, you need to use a custom domain. For those using the .blogspot sub-domain, you will need to get a custom domain name first because one of the procedures in creating your free business email requires the verification of your domain name, you can verify it using 3 methods – uploading HTML file to your blog, TXT file and CNAME. I verified mine by adding a CNAME to my records. My domain is hosted by godaddy.

You can geta .com domain name at the price of $0.99 from godaddy. Based on my experience with godaddy, I can help you make the necessary settings on your DNS manager as well as linking your newly purchased domain to your blog. Contact me

You can also get a domain name from Ipage at a cheap price too. Signup for Ipage

Using this coupon code BLOGGINGCRIB will get you a $9.94 discount if you should decide to sign up with HostGator for your domain name. You can check out my review onHostGator.

I will assume you have gotten your domain name.

Steps On How To Sign up With Zoho Mail

Step 1: visit www.zoho.com

Step2: click on the signup button on their homepage

Step 3: on the page which appears, supply your details, add your website and choose a strong password.

Step 4: proceed to next page; you will be required to verify your domain name. For those who have a self hosted blog like wordpress users, they can simply upload the HTML file to their root directory but for blogger users, you can go for other options. Though I haven’t tried the TXT method, I think adding a new CNAME record will be easier.

Zoho provides guidelines on how to verify your blog, so all you need do, is choose your domain registrar from the list provided by them and view the steps. For godaddy users, I will work you through this process:

1. Login to your godaddy account

2. Go to “domains” and click on “manage”

3. From the options, choose “manage DNS”

4. On the page that appears, click on “Records” and scroll down until you locate the “add” button.

5. After clicking on the add button, select CNAME as the record type

6. Now, supply the codes given to you by Zoho under the displayed fields (i.e the host/name field and the destination/”point to” field). Leave the TTL field the way it was. Make sure you fill the host/name & destination/point to field properly.

7. After that, click “save”. Follow the same procedure in order to add the second CNAME record.

Step 5: head back to Zoho mail and click the verify button in order to verify your blog. Once it is verified, you will be able to proceed to the next step.

Step 6: You also need to change your MX records too. Godaddy users, access your dashboard once again and get to where you have records (follow the step shown on how to add CNAME record in order to access your dashboard)

In the list of records, select the MX record (note you are not adding a new one as at now) and replace whatever you find in those fields with the codes given to you by Zoho. After this go back to your Zoho page and verify it from there. You need to change your MX records if not, you won’t be able to receive mails.

Step 7: you will also need to set a Sender Policy Framework, commonly known as SPF, it is a text record associated with the domain to identify the servers permitted to send emails using the particular domain name. Adding a SPF is highly recommended by Zoho. Doing this is very simple, for godaddy users, you need to follow the same process as that used in adding a CNAME or MX Record. But under the “Record type”, you have to choose “TXT” and fill it as shown in the picture below. Under TXT Value, paste this code "v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all". Read the steps at Zoho for further clarification (also for non godaddy users)

Once you have verified it, you will be directed to your dashboard where you can compose mail and other stuffs. Zoho mail has apps for android and IOS you can check google playstore or download it through the email sent to you by them.

This is all folks.

Were you able to setup your Zoho business mail? Have you sent your first mail already? Are you using another free app offering this same functionality? Do let us know through your comments. Help friends get theirs by sharing this post with them.

A Lazy Man’s Guide On How To Add A Facebook Like Box/Fan Box Or Facebook Page Plugin To Your Blogger Blog

You can make your readers join the fun popping on your facebook fan page by adding the facebook like box/fan box or what is now called the facebook page plugin. This facebook like box or page plugin enables your readers to get an insight of what is happening on your facebook page without leaving your website.

Your visitors can like your facebook fan page right inside your blog without leaving it though they might need to login first. They can also send you a message through this facebook page plugin or like box.

Adding the fan box to your blog is very easy, it’s just the same as adding other banners from your affiliate to your blog. Before you can utilize this plugin, you must have a facebook fan page. You can create a fan page with your mobile phone through your facebook menu section.

You will also need to keep your facebook fan page’s URL handy because you will need it but if you have logged into your facebook account through your browser before, then you don’t have to worry because it will be included in its field aptly.

Setting Up your Facebook Fan Page like box /Page Plugin

To set your page plugin up, follow these lazy man’s steps:

1. Visit facebook developer page

2. On their Page Plugin’s page, enter your facebook page’s URL in its field if it wasn’t added already. Under “Tabs”, type in any of the examples shown in the field but if you want yours to be like mine without all those timelime, messages and events stuffs, just leave the field empty. Leave the width and Height empty if you are not sure of your sidebar’s width (the like box will auto fit into your sidebar)

3. If you want to show the faces of people who liked your page, then tick the “Show Friend’s faces” checkbox. Make your settings as you wish. There is a preview at the bottom where you can see what your like box will look like.

4. If you are satisfied with your settings, proceed by clicking the “Get code” button.

Adding Your Facebook Like Box or Page Plugin to Blogger

You can add your page plugin in 2 methods, choose which you like best but method 1 is preferable

Method 1: after clicking the “Get code” button, on the pop up page that appears, click on IFrame and copy the code in the text area.

Head over to your blog’s layout, add a new gadget at where you want to place your like box (sidebar is recommended) and click “save”. That’s all for method 1

Method 2: this involves adding some Javascript SDK in your edit HTML section. To do this, copy the Javascript SDK code in the Step 2 of the below screenshot and paste it immediately below your <body> tag in your Edit HTML section (this code must be saved once, so check to avoid double occurrence). Save your template.

Go to your blog’s layout and add a new gadget to your sidebar or anywhere else. Copy the Step 3 portion of your facebook like box plugin’s code (see image above) and paste it into the content area of your HTML/Javascript gadget. Save your gadget and view your beautiful like box.

Method 2 seems hectic right? Yeah! I know, that’s why I made it method 2. If you encountered any problem which I pray you shouldn’t, feel free to contact me. Share this post with friends, let them add theirs too.

Evaluation: How did you see the tutorial? Was it simple enough? What other widget do you want me to publish for you? Do let us know your thoughts. Cheers and remember to hit the share button! Sharing is just a single click.

Feedburner’s Error Message: The Feed Does Not Have Subscriptions by Email Enabled, How to Solve It

You will likely receive this error message if you tried to edit an email subscription form that came with your custom blogger template. It is mainly due to the fact that you supplied a wrong value or a wrong feed URL while editing the email subscription form.

This post will help you to fix this problem so you don’t have to worry. In order to fix this error and make it possible for your readers to subscribe to your feed, you will need to do these:

1. Go to your FeedBurner dashboard and check if you have activated “Email Subscription”. If you didn’t activate it, then click on “Publicize” from the menu bar and select “Email Subscriptions” (see image below).

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard and activate your email subscriptions.

Another reason which you may have received “The feed does not have subscriptions by email enabled” error message from FeedBurner is that maybe you made a mistake by not making your “value” and feed URL the same. This is what I mean.

Below is a typical FeedBurner subscription form code

<form style="border:1px solid #ccc;padding:3px;text-align:center;" action="https://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify" method="post" target="popupwindow" onsubmit="window.open('https://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=bloggingcrib', 'popupwindow', 'scrollbars=yes,width=550,height=520');return true"><p>Enter your email address:</p><p><input type="text" style="width:140px" name="email"/></p><input type="hidden" value="bloggingcrib" name="uri"/><input type="hidden" name="loc" value="en_US"/><input type="submit" value="Subscribe" /><p>Delivered by <a href="https://feedburner.google.com" target="_blank">FeedBurner</a></p></form>
To solve your problem, quickly check your template through your edit HTML for a code similar to the one stated below (to make it easier to find, just look for any word or phrase present in your email subscription form and search for it in your template. For example, if your subscription forms’s title is “Join our newsletter”, then copy it and paste in your search box).

When you get to the subscription form section, look for a code similar to this http://feedburner.google.com/fb/a/mailverify?uri=”your feed url here”
Where you have “your feed URL here” is where you should add your feed URL

Then also look for this line of code

<input type="hidden" value="your feed url here" name="uri"/>

Now, make sure that you place your feed URL where you have value. In order to confirm the value, you can try generating a subscription box from your FeedBurner dashboard and check for the stated line of code for the value. Make sure that you enclose them with quotation marks as shown in your code.

Hopefully, this should be able to solve the problem for you. If you have a question, drop it in the comment section

If you were able to solve this problem, do let us know. If you have something to add to this, don’t hesitate to let us know.

5 EASY AND FREE WAYS TO AUTOMATICALLY PUBLISH BLOG POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA (Facebook, twitter, linkedin etc.)

Logging in to your twitter and facebook page to share your post with friends can be very tiring and time consuming. Social media follows immediately after search engine when it comes to traffic generation and blog popularity, apart from your guest hitting your share button to forward your post through their social media accounts to friends, there are other means through which you can achieve this yourself with every amount of ease. Yes it’s true that you can automatically publish all our post to facebook, twitter, youtube, pinterest, you mention them. With this widgets, you don’t need to login to your twitter or facebook account in order to publish your post because it will get the job done for you; so, after publishing your post, you only need to sit down and relax while your article goes trending on social media. There are many websites, apps and widgets that can help you achieve this goal but I will share the most reliable one with you which I have been using for a long time now. Here in this quick tutorial, you will see the various ways you can automate your social media account with your blogger blog without any need for PC since you can achieve it even with java phones.

1. IFTTT (if this, then that)

IFTTT is an awesome tool which I myself do patronize, with this tool; you can share your blog post on twitter, facebook and other social media at once without going through the process of typing it yourself. It also has other awesome features like: saying thank you to your new twitter followers automatically, sending a happy new month greetings to all your friends, sending inspirational messages to them and lots of sweet features I’m sure you will enjoy. How IFTTT works is quite simple, you need to create a free account with them first, after that, you can choose from the list of recipes they will show you and you can also fasten the process of finding your desired tool by using their search box or using this link after signup www.ifttt/recipes. You can check out a step by step tutorial on ifttt through this post by bloggertipsPro on how to go about it

2. ONLYWIRE

Onlywire is another blog to social media automating site, it offers extra features which ifttt does not offer which includes the ability to automate 50 social media accounts and auto publish to them at once, a good monitoring feature which alerts you of any new comments or activity in your automated website, an analytic feature which allows you to track and monitor your social media performance etc. you will like this for sure so check out Onlywire and enjoy the automating features.

3. HOOTSUITE

Still in the trend of IFTTT and ONLYWIRE is this more advanced automation tool, hootsuite performs more other functions aside from social media to blog automation. With hootsuite, you can schedule a post to be published in a future time, a powerful analytics feature which gives you an in-depth view of what your fans is saying about your brand, you can add team members and make your work easier and finally, a very super-active security feature which guides and conceals all your login details etc. don’t waste any more minutes, get started with hootsuite now!

4. JETPACK PUBLICISE

Jetpack is made for wordpress sites, it performs more other functions other than just automatically publishing your post on social media, you can customize your sites CSS and other useful feature. One downside associated with jetpack is that it gives your sites credit to wordpress. That is to say, if you published a post, it will be displayed as “Patrick published to WordPress” instead of “Patrick pubished to Yourblogsname”. If you are okay with the downside, you can go with it, if not, then grab IFTTT or Onlywire.

5. DLVR.it
This is preferable after IFTTT, it performs the same function as others and can help automatically publish your post on twitter, facebook and others. It is easy to use and reliable.

Now that you’ve found out the means of automatically publishing your post on social media, then don’t waste anymore minute, grab any of the above and get started. Enjoy!

7 BEST AND PROFITABLE NICHES FOR NEW BLOGGERS

When you create a blog for the very first time, if you didn’t define a purpose for your blog or your main point of focus, you will find yourself publishing from any angle, left, right and center which is not good for your baby blog. Most of us do make this mistake and after some time, we will realize the mistake because of the experience we will have on our blog, the page views, audience, followers and comments.

Choosing a niche which you know so much about is different from choosing a profitable niche which you found through google search results, you must have read a lot about topics to blog on but you don’t get to like any of them or you feel you won’t be able to make it productive. There is a very immense importance attached to choosing a niche which you will realize at the end of this article.

We’ve been using the word niche since the beginning of this post so I’m just wondering if someone is about to open his or her dictionary to check what it means! Well, before you do that, let me tell you what it means in blogging because your dictionary might not give you what you need. Put it simply, a niche is a localized topic which you choose to write on.

Your niche could be anything, it could be about yourself (that is, writing about yourself and everything associated with you), it could be a career, health, fashion, technology, sports, you name them. So you see, when we make mention of niche, it isn’t any much deal because it is just a topic you will limit yourself to.

When you decide to be a niche blogger, it is assumed that you had already choosen your topic and that you are going to write everything you know about your topic without straying into other topics. Lets illustrate further, a person who write about cars, new developments in cars, car maintenance tips, car prices, car accessories and many other things associated with cars that you could ever think of, is said to be a niche blogger and obviously, his niche is automobiles or specifically cars.

A niche blogger will only write and publish articles that are related to his or her topic alone and no other topic as seen in the above car niche illustration. By choosing to deal with a specific topic, you will enjoy a lot of benefits especially when you choose the one you know very much about.

Some of those benefits includes: constant ideas flowing through your brain which won’t give any room for you to lack what to write on, it will make your blog look organized since every post found on your blog will always linger around your topic, it will also attract advertisers associated with your niche to reach out to you etc.

So now that we’ve figured out what a niche is, what should happen next? I’m thinking maybe we should just checkout the niches that are available from which you could choose from, what do you think? I guess you’ve given me a go-ahead, so here we go!

TOP 10 EASY AND PROFITABLE NICHES YOU SHOULD CHOOSE FROM

1. Entertainment

I made this the first on the list because it appears to be the easiest and also profitable to indulge in. Mostly, this niche is usually occupied by those set of bloggers who really don’t like any other topic or those who don’t want to sit down and think on what to come up with in order to publish to your fans. Also, another set of people who fancy this niche are the office workers who don’t really have time to compose articles.

The reason I’m saying this is because it is very easy to get articles for your post. You can check on top news/magazine sites to get the headlines from which you can base your story on. Running entertainment blog is very easy and profitable, with it, you don’t need to campaign for audience because you can easily get them by using a very catchy title. In entertainment, you can post latest gossips about celebrities, players, public figures, news, jokes, pictures from events and lots more.

Everyone wants to know the latest news about actors and actresses, who wouldn’t want to know who Wizkid is dating currently or who Tiwa Savage is dating either? Everyone would want to hear the latest events taking place around them so your duty is to source for those information and provide it to them.

Your sources could be from other big websites like CNN, BBC, Vanguard, Punch, The Nation and other news/entertainment sites; and don’t tell me you are actually going to travel round the world to cover events and publish them too your blog, that’s just too impossible, so you need this big websites to get your information from.

When your blog gains popularity, you will see companies coming to advertise on your blog and that’s how you make your money online without stress. You can create a blog on wordpress and host it on HostGator with a $9.92 discount through the use of this coupon code BLOGGINGCRIB

CREATE A TEST BLOG FOR YOURSELF

A test blog is not different from a normal blog, as the name implies it is a special blog where you use in testing your new ideas and also where you take all your risk before doing so to your main blog. 85% of bloggers do have test blog and this is something very important for you to also have. Let’s see the reason why you create a tests blog.
  • It helps to prevent unnecessary and irreversible mistakes on your main blog. It is your test blog that takes all the risk on whatever you had in mind to do with your main blog.
  • It helps in good decision making; publishing a post on your test blog before doing same to your main blog will help you make some corrections and decisions pertaining to the layout of your post.
  • It helps to prevent any form of damage to your main blog when uploading a template from a third party.
Like I said earlier, creating a test blog is no difference from creating any other blog but there are certain settings which you have to apply to your test blog. I’ll give a rundown of the steps on creating a test blog assuming you are new to this.

STEP 1: login to your blogger account, click create a new blog button on the screen, you should see this dialog box

Supply the required information on the dialog box by entering your title which is how it will appear on your blog> enter your address and choose any template. Since it is a test blog, you don’t have to give it an address that is that awesome, it is advisable that you give it a title that only you alone will be able to access.

STEP 2: click on the orange button below the form which says “create blog”. There you go, you have successfully created your test blog, after clicking on the create blog button, you should be taken to the next page which looks like the image below.

Now it’s time to make some changes which you shouldn’t do to your main blog.
STEP 3: click on settings >basic and under reader, select “blog authors”. This is to ensure that no one else has the access to your test blog. Still under settings, click on search preferences and make your blog not visible to search engine by ticking the check box for that option.

WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR TEST BLOG

Use your test blog in learning how all the options on the blogger dashboard works. Check for your favourite template; try new ideas acquired through my tutorials on your test blog first before applying to your main blog. Any settings that requires you to enter the edit HTML section of your main blog, try that settings on your test blog first in case it malfunctions.
NOTE: you can always make your test blog useful if you no longer want to make it a test blog anymore by simply making some corrections and revising all the settings applied to it which enabled its invisibility.
Have a nice day! And share if this was of any help to you.

5 SUPER-EASY STEPS TO ADD AN EMAIL LINK OR ICON TO YOUR POST

The power of an email address in your blog is not to be underestimated; it is the only reliable and professional means through which your readers, customers, advertisers and even the monetizing firms you partner with can contact you.

There is a great need to add an email icon to your social media icons section and to also include it in your contact page, one notable case is the application for adsense, and adsense requires that you provide an easy means through which your readers can get to you. Sending newsletters through emails is also a good way of making your visitors revisit your blog and also fosters a good relationship with them.

This tutorial will work you through these procedures with ease though we are going to encounter some codes but I promise it will be a minimal code so you need not be scared!
There is a special link for the addition of emails and email links are done much the same as links to other pages, using the <a href> tag. An email link would require the following code:
<a href="mailto:youremailaddress">Email Admin</a>

In oder to make the above code effective, you have to type it in the HTML section of your editor instead of the default compose mode. This will result in the visitor's email program opening a new email with your address already in the To: field when clicked. If you wish to have a specific subject in the email without your readers going through the procedures of inserting their own subject, you can add it to the html code using subject= tag:
<a href="mailto:email@bloggingcrib.com? subject=Adsense"> Send Email</a>
Suppose you want an email link for your visitors containing specific text written by you in the body of their message, simply add &body= and type in the body of your text. Let’s illustrate this:

<a href="mailto:email@bloggingcrib.com? body=Please send me your new post on adsense!">Send Email</a>
You can combine all the options above and allow your visitor to send email with the address, subject and text already entered as illustrated below:
 <a href="mailto:email@bloggingcrib.com? subject=Adsense &body=Please send me your new post on adsense!">Email Admin</a>
To add an email link to the email icon on your blog, here are the steps:
  1. download the email icon and upload it somewhere either on your blog or on sites like photobucket, pinterest flickr etc.
  2. Login to your blog and select the blog you want to add the icon to, if you have multiple blogs with blogger.
  3. On your blog’s layout, you can add a new HTML/javascript widget anywhere you like or if you already had a social section on your blog, you can click edit and also paste the code below within it.
  4.  Copy the link of your email icon and paste it where you have the your email icon’s URL herein this code <a href="mailto:email@bloggingcrib.com? subject=Adsense &body=Please send me your new post on adsense!"><img src=”your email icon’s URL here”></a>
  5. Click on save, refresh your blog and you are good to go.

COMPLETE BEGINNERS GUIDE TO ADDING AN ABOUT-ME PAGE TO YOUR BLOG

As the name implies, an about me page is a static page specifically for the purpose of giving people a slight idea about you, you can make your about me page more interesting to read by adding a full information about yourself, maybe your educational status, work, mode of contact and when you started your blogging career. You should also give a short description about your blog, its aim and current achievement. Your page need not be long and also should not be too short; I guess you should keep it at a minimum of 300-500 words. In this tutorial, you will add an about me page to your blog in just 7 simple steps. Here we go!

Step 1: login to your blogger account and on the dashboard, select pages and create a new page.

Step 2: after creating the page and also done publishing your about me details, make your page visible on your blog by ticking the box close to it on the page widget.

Step 3: view your blog and copy the URL of your about me page; you may shorten it if you want.
There are two ways you can add your about me link to your blog at a very strategic position, the first is the attribution at the end of your blog or technically call it footer and also through the addition of a HTML/script widget close to the attribution. To add your about me page link to your blog’s attribution, then check step 4.

Step 4: on your layout, click the edit button near your attribution widget and on the dialog box that appears, insert your code in this format <a href=”your about me page URL”>about me|</a>

Step 5: click save.

To add your about me page just before the attribution assuming the space on the attribution widget is not sufficient, then follow step 6

Step 6: on your layout, just before the attribution widget, add a new widget named HTML/script form and type in this code
<a href=”your about me page URL”> about me|</a>
To make your about me link appear in the center rather than the default left, then add this html tag to the above codes as shown below
<center><a href=”your about me page URL”> about me |</a></center>

Step 7: click save.

I hope you have successfully added your about me page. Kudos!

AFTER BUYING A CUSTOM DOMAIN NAME, SEE HOW TO MAKE YOUR WEB ADDRESS (URL) WORK WITHOUT THE www.

(This tutorial is for domain names registered under godaddy).
We lose a lot of traffics when our visitors type in our URL without www. And then obtain an error message instead of your contents. Some visitors are really impatient and at the sight of the error message, they change their mind about your blog and go for an alternative and when you lose a visitor, you are indirectly losing money through clicks on your adsense ads or any other ads placed on your site. It is obvious that most people think that any website must contain the www, but you can make your site open without the www. Placed before it and this is what I‘ll show you today. Don’t worry it’s very simple and does not demand any programming or coding knowledge. This tutorial will only be based on domain names registered under godaddy, I don’t know for others as at now but if you give me time I might just figure it out for you, so keep visiting this site to get updated or you can enroll yourself on our email tutorials by filling the form at the bottom of this page. In order to make your domain name work without the (www.), You have to set up an A-Record which will link your naked domain name ( i.e.  the domain name without the (www.) E.g. bloggingcrib.com) to your main site (i.e. for e.g. www.bloggingcrib.com) and another step involved is the addition of 3 more A-Records since we will be entering 4 IP’s. This might sound scary to you and much more like a procedure that will involve the use of html codes but you are wrong about it, like I said before, it does not involve any coding alright? So don’t get scared because its more simpler than customizing a blog for the very first time Lol!. Let’s roll

STEP 1: Login to your godaddy account and locate this button “MANAGE DNS”.

STEP 2: Click on the “MANAGE DNS” button, then proceed by clicking on the RECORDS.

STEP 3: Under RECORDS, click on “A”, you will see a field with the title “host, name or label” and containing a value “@” and also another field adjacent to it with the title “Destination, target or points to” with a group of numbers that looks like this “262.239.45.22” it may not be exactly what I wrote here but this is just to give you an idea of what the IP (or illustratively group of numbers) looks like. Do not touch the field containing the “@” value but change the group of numbers under the field “Destination, target or points to” to any one of the following groups of numbers (N/B: these groups of numbers are technically called IP address but for the sake of ease of understanding, I will use the term “groups of numbers”)

·         216.239.32.21
·         216.239.34.21
·         216.239.36.21
·         216.239.38.21

There is only one A-Records section created on the form so we will have to add another 3 to make it 4. Note that these 4 A-Records will point to the 4 different google IP’s listed in STEP 3 above. Another field you will encounter is the TTL FIELD. Leave the TTL field the way it is.

STEP 4: scroll down a bit and then you should see a link titled “ADD”. Click on this link and wait for it to open, then under “type”, select “A” and fill the dropped down form thus:
Under HOST, type “@” and under “POINTS TO” type in any of the above IP addresses and be careful not to repeat any twice. Set the TTL to 1 hour or any time you like and click on save. Repeat this procedures for the remaining two until you have added 3 new A records to the existing one. Before proceeding to STEP 5, wait for like an hour for your DNS SETTINGS to activate. After an hour, you can proceed to step 5 to finish up your settings.

STEP 5: login to your blogger dashboard, click on settings followed by basic. Under publishing, you will see your website address for e.g. www.bloggingcrib.com and an “edit” button close to it. Click on the edit button and on the new window that appears; tick the unchecked button before your domain name without the www. Save your settings and refresh your page. Try accessing your site without the www. And see that it works now; if it doesn’t, give it 24 hours. It worked for me, so I hope it also works for you. Drop your questions on the comment box.
