There are some plans that Glo network is no longer offering to its subscribers, so for you not to make the mistake of subscribing to one, I will fully list them out here for you.
- The Glo BlackBerry social plans which offered: BBM + BBMail + BB-Built Social Networking Apps + internet browsing + App world. If you check the features listed under the features you will enjoy from the BIS plan, you will notice that all this features are now compounded under the standard BlackBerry plan.
- The Glo BlackBerry Enterprise Service (BES) plans: BBM + BBMail + BB-Built Social Networking & IM Apps + internet browsing + App world + Option for 10 integrated email address + Access to Enterprise Server.
- Comonth BlackBerry Plan has now been transformed into the Glo Complete Month Plan
You can subscribe for your desired Glo BlackBerry plan in 2 ways, either you text the appropriate keyword under the activation keyword column in the above tables to 777 or you simply dial their USSD code. For example, if I want to subscribe for Glo Complete month BlackBerry plan, I will text BBCmonth to 777 or I dial *777*21# on my mobile phone.
How to Check Your BlackBerry Plan usage Status
To check how far you’ve used your Glo BlackBerry data plan, you simply need to text STATUS to 777 and it will be replied to you.
Text HELP or BB to 777 to get more information about Glo BlackBerry data plan (for Glo subscribers only)
Text BB to 0807 9877 777 to get more information about Glo BlackBerry data plan (other network subscribers only)

HOW TO CONFIGURE YOUR GLO SIM FOR BROWSING
To configure your new Glo or already owned sim card, you have two options; either you get an automatic configuration from them or you get it done yourself manually
For automatic configuration, text PHONE’S NAME and MODEL to 927 e.g. Asha 302 to 927
For manual configuration, enter the following settings carefully without omitting anything.
Account Name: Glo
Homepage: http://wap.gloworld.com
Username: wap
Password: wap
Access Point or APN: glosecure
IP or Proxy address: 010.100.098.022
Port: 8080
Now, save and activate your settings to start browsing.
